Your mind doesn't really stop.
There's always something running underneath. A conversation to replay, something to sort, a feeling you can't quite place. You wake up and it's already there. You go to bed and it follows you in.
You're good at your life. Capable, thoughtful, someone people rely on.
But there's another version that runs quietly underneath.
The one where small things land heavier than they should. Where you reach the end of the day and realise you've been bracing against something since you woke up. Where there's always somewhere your mind needs to go, something it reaches for — and you're not even sure you'd call it a problem. It's just what you do.
You're very good at managing yourself. But you're quietly exhausted by how much energy it takes.
You've tried to get on top of it. You're not someone who just accepts things.
And sometimes it helps. But something keeps coming back. The same patterns, the same pull, the same feeling of starting over.
And somewhere underneath it all, a question you don't quite say out loud:
Why does this still have such a hold on me?
There's something underneath all of this you haven't seen yet.
And when you do — not as an idea, but as a real seeing — something shifts. Life gets lighter. Not because anything changed on the outside, but because something did on the inside.
That's the work here. I know it, because it's exactly what happened to me.
